Who we are
SMB Studio is the trading name of a sole proprietorship registered in Georgia, Lochini str., N3, Apt. 5, Chugureti District, Tbilisi, 0151, Georgia ("we", "us"). These terms apply whenever you engage us through smb-studio.com for a paid service.

What we sell
We configure and host a single automated AI action for your business (for example, processing refund requests) on our own infrastructure, integrated with your existing tools. Nothing is handed over as code — you get access to a running, configured instance for as long as your subscription is active.
Fees and payment
Setup is a one-time fee, agreed in writing before work begins, payable 50% upfront and the remaining 50% within 7 days of the action going live. Once the action is live, we bill a recurring monthly subscription fee, agreed in writing, covering hosting, monitoring and a small monthly change budget for adjustments to the configured action.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel the subscription for convenience with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation or termination, we give you an export of your data and configuration within 30 days, and delete it from our infrastructure within 90 days after that, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
Refund policy
The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period; if you cancel, you pay up to the effective date of cancellation and we do not refund fees already paid for the current billing period. If we are unable to deliver the agreed setup at all, we refund any setup fee already paid for work not performed.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is capped at the total fees you actually paid us. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. See also our Privacy Policy.
